Dear Tenant;

 

Filling out this form in full and sending it shall serve as proper written notice under the terms of your lease agreement to end your tenancy.

 

Remember, you must give 30 days notice prior to the end of your tenancy and it must coincide with the last day of the calendar month you plan to leave. If you vacate in the middle or partial month, or you go past the first day of the next month you must pay the full month’s rent. Your performance bonus disposition letter will be mailed out to you within 60 days of vacating as outlined in your lease agreement and all state laws.
